I will consider selling a breeding pair if I have them available, and after we chat over the phone with an additional $20 per rat added onto the original price.

Payment Policy

All payments must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup via online Venmo payment.

I do not accept any other forms of payment, sorry.

Deposits (reserves/holds)

Rats are reserved for a 50% non-refundable deposit. This holds your babies and will be your place in line for choice. (Ex. If you choose a standard baby along with a dumbo baby, your deposit would be $35)

 

You will owe the other half before pick up or at the time of pick up.

​

Deposits are non-refundable unless there is a reason I am unable to provide you with your chosen baby. God forbid something come up with the baby I will notify you and give you the choice of; a new baby, to be placed on hold for the next litter with the first choice, or a refund of your deposit.

Notices/Exceptions

1. If I decide that you are no longer an approved adopter for reasons such as; lying, being disrespectful, or discovery of animal abuse/neglect, you will be removed from the list and banned. No refunds.

2. If you need to be placed on hold for whatever reason, let me know and I will make sure you're in line for the next litter.

​

3. You will be issued a full refund within 30 days if I choose to close down my rattery.

Other Services:

• Nail Trimming - $15 per rat by appointment only. 

 

• Forever Sleep Euthanasia - If you need to put down your sweet baby due to illness or quality of life issues, I charge a $60 fee by appointment only.
