Refund/Return Policy:

Little Bean Rattery does not offer refunds or accept returns. All purchases are final. 

 
If you are no longer able to keep your rats for any reason, please research rescues for pocket pets, or take them to a city/county animal control center (this is not ideal and not what we want for our rats, but due to health and safety for our others, we are unable to take them back after you have taken possession of them.)

Exchange Policy:

 

Sick-
Within 14 days of purchase, Little Bean Rattery will exchange sick rats.  Although we would never knowingly sell a sick rat, rats that are relocated sometimes get very stressed which can cause a mycoplasma flair up most often presented as respiratory illness or an ear infection.  Within 14 days of purchase, contact me immediately if your rat is sneezing often, develops porphyrin (dark brown eye gunk) around eyes or nose, develops a head tilt, or appears sick in any way. Little Bean will exchange any sick rat for another available rat.

 

Wrong Sex-

Since rats are sold at a young age, not all issues may be known; temperaments, health, and accidents do happen on either side of the purchase. It may seem simple, but sometimes it is difficult to determine the gender of some young rats. Female rats can become pregnant as young as 6-8 weeks of age, which is why it is very important to keep them separated by this time. These are examples of rats eligible for exchange for another available rat within 14 days. 

 

NO MATTER WHAT -

Little Bean Rattery will never be held responsible for any expenses incurred by the client related to illness or error, nor will Little Bean Rattery be responsible for any veterinarian bills at any time for any reason.
